November 2014 , went in for embroidery on a new $80 diaper bag, completely ruined the bag,it was burnt and they tried to cover it with marker ,if you see it too difficult to do or going to be a problem why even try , was very disappointed, I wasnt even told it might be a problem, so I was out of a new $80 diaper bag..... no apology no anything... thanks
